Pharmacovigilance Platform Manager

Aixial Group is a leading Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a strong commitment to innovation, expertise, and flexibility in clinical research. We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Platform Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Pharmacovigilance Platform Manager, you will be responsible for establishing positive and productive working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth. You will analyse and resolve service-related issues within deadlines, participate in client and management meetings to ensure high-quality deliverables, and measure, define, and share key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to deliver high-quality services to clients within agreed timelines.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Pharmaceutical, medical, or life sciences degree with at least 10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and 3 years in project management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in French and English (written, spoken, and read).
