Aixial Group is a leading Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a strong commitment to innovation, expertise, and flexibility in clinical research. We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Platform Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Pharmacovigilance Platform Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth. You will analyse and resolve service-related issues within deadlines, participate in client and management meetings to ensure quality deliverables, and measure, define, and share key performance indicators.

You will also manage a team to provide accurate and timely services to clients, participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, supervise team activities, and provide guidance and advice as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for resource allocation and workload assignments based on service requirements, ensuring a high level of competence and operational excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Analyse and resolve service-related issues within deadlines
  • Participate in client and management meetings to ensure quality deliverables
  • Measure, define, and share key performance indicators
  • Manage a team to provide accurate and timely services to clients
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members
  • Supervise team activities and provide guidance and advice as needed
  • Allocate resources and assign workloads based on service requirements
  • Ensure a high level of competence and operational excellence within the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences, with at least 10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and more than 3 years in project management or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You will also need to have knowledge and experience in project management, leadership, communication, collaboration, and partnership-building skills.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in your field. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
