Become a key player as a Financial and Administrative Leader in the manufacturing sector
As a vital member of the Finance department, you will oversee the financial and administrative functions of two production facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial data for the subsidiary. In addition, you will lead a team of two professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations at the site, including treasury functions (cash flow management, accounting, collections, financial information systems, and management control)
- Evaluate the operational performance of the facilities and ensure the reliability of financial data
- Supervise a team comprising an accountant and a controller
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and data accuracy
- Lead major initiatives such as the transition of the current ERP system to SAP
- Offer insights for enhancing the financial framework of the organization
Candidate Profile:
You should possess a degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role within the international manufacturing sector, preferably in industries such as cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food production. Your ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, coupled with strong analytical and decision-making skills, will be crucial for success in this position. Proficiency in operational English and familiarity with SAP are mandatory.
