About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Supervisor to join our team at Club Med. As a Golf Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of golf instructors, providing group lessons, and organizing sporting events and golf tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of golf instructors (1 to 10 assistants)
- Provide beginner and advanced group lessons for adults and children
- Organize and animate various sporting events and golf tournaments
- Ensure the promotion of your activity within the Village
Requirements
- Professional experience in golf instruction and management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in English is mandatory and speaking other languages is a plus
