Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and efficiency of our Salesforce back-office, leading the refactoring of Salesforce for our SMB teams, and collaborating with our Ops team on technical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the health and stability of our Salesforce back-office, including user role and profile management, flow management, and architecture management.
- Lead and contribute to the refactoring of Salesforce for our SMB teams, including the integration of Chargebee.
- Collaborate with our Ops team on technical aspects of their projects, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications, such as Docusign, Ringover, and Hubspot marketing.
- Train our Ops team on Salesforce best practices and stay up-to-date on the Salesforce ecosystem to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the development of new projects, such as CPQ and a new billing tool implementation.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with a strong understanding of architecture decisions.
- Proven ability to balance business needs with technical best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to learn and grow with our company.
- A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €70,000 per year.
