Senior Line Designer

Missions Principales
Le/La Senior Line Designer est responsable d'accompagner les studios de développement internes et partenaires sur toutes les problématiques de contenu, afin de les amener à créer un jeu à succès. En collaboration avec les Line Producers et les UX Researchers, il/elle pointe les problématiques et propose des solutions dans son domaine d'expertise. Il/Elle fournit également au management la visibilité nécessaire à la prise de décision pour la stratégie du Publisher.
Activités & Tâches Quotidiennes
- Analyser les faiblesses des projets en développement et proposer des solutions claires et structurées à l'attention des studios partenaires & internes sur des points de Game Design, Level design, équilibrage, accessibilité, rendu, ergonomie, etc.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes User Research sur l'analyse des rapports de playtest afin de proposer des recommandations.
- Organiser, faciliter les échanges d'information entre les studios et les experts (Narrative design, UX, Direction artistique, etc.).
- Réaliser des benchmarks et des études à partir de jeux internes et de la concurrence.
- Définir avec les équipes internes les priorités « contenu » pendant la production et le closing.
- Participer à des missions de design sur certains aspects du projet.
- Mentorer les Line Designers moins expérimentés.
- Assurer le reporting en interne de l'état des projets.

Expériences
Vous avez à minima de 8 ans d'expérience dans les domaines de la conception du jeu vidéo. Vous avez sorti au moins 2 jeux AA ou AAA côté studio ou faites partie d'équipes éditoriales depuis au moins 5 ans.
Formations / Diplômes
Formation en école de Game Design (Bac +5)
Motivations & Intérêts
Excellente connaissance dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo. Joueur/Joueuse régulier/ère, au fait des tendances des jeux récents. Curieux/Curieuse des bonnes pratiques et process du métier.
