About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team at Capijobnew. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for leading the visual design of our projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of our design language system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and visual language
  • Lead the design of visual elements, including typography, color, and composition
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure design consistency and usability
  • Contribute to the development of our design language system and ensure its adoption across the organization
  • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional visual design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Business-level English language proficiency
