Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a critical role in designing user-centric interfaces and flows for our internal Gametech tools. As a key member of our design team, you'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure your designs are technically feasible and address real user pain points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and understanding to map out user personas, workflows, tools, and pain points.
  • Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to solve pain points or develop new, efficient tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize designs, make necessary trade-offs, and support the implementation of features in production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity by optimizing tool usability, with measurable impact post-deployment.
Requirements
  • Expert Figma skills with the ability to create clear, functional wireframes and user flows.
  • Complex workflow experience with a deep understanding of users' workflows and tasks.
  • Competent UI design with experience delivering clean UI designs that align with existing design frameworks.
  • Impact-oriented approach with a focus on creating practical, easy-to-use tools that improve productivity.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in design discussions and written documentation.
