About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Rémy Cointreau. As an On Trade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage with On Trade customers, including cocktail bars, restaurants, and hotels, to promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement promotional plans to achieve volume, distribution, visibility, price, and promotion targets at On Trade outlets.
- Manage customer relationships and leverage contacts to achieve quality, distribution, visibility, persuasion, price, and promotion objectives at outlet level.
- Negotiate distribution contracts with key On Trade partners and deliver set of KPIs in line with investment guidelines.
- Accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the On Trade channel.
- Record and use CRM data to achieve higher sales efficacy.
- Listing our products and taking orders.
- Ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel.
- Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing and front office, to have a positive influence.
- Monitor competitor activity and relay to marketing and sales direction.
- Act as an owner of your region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in On Trade.
- Knowledge and passion for the world of wine and spirits, with an affinity for the world of luxury.
- Client and business-oriented mindset, with a strong culture of results.
- Curious, autonomous, and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills.
- Bilingual Dutch/English.
- IT skills (Salesforce, MS Office).
- Category B driving license.
Location
Home-based, preferably located in Rotterdam/Den Haag, Breda, or Eindhoven.
