About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GROUPE NAOS. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a retail or business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
