The Production Operator is responsible for executing various stages of the manufacturing process while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out production steps for products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and site-specific regulations.
- Operate and monitor production machinery effectively.
- Follow production documentation and established work procedures accurately.
- Adapt to diverse tasks as required.
- Support the objectives of ISO 50001 and contribute to the Energy Management System implementation.
- Prepare and maintain the work area for optimal production.
- Manage the supply of materials, including raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor production parameters and equipment performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Perform technical interventions in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness of production equipment and the surrounding environment.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and inspection of tools.
- Collect samples for quality assurance testing.
- Complete production documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Utilize computer tools to assist in procedural tasks.
- Communicate necessary information during shift changes.
- Assist with various production tasks across departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food sectors is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and maintain self-control.
- Familiarity with automated systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in an industrial production environment is preferred.
