Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital and IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Project Management: Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams and coordinate with various departments to achieve project objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely project delivery.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of oncology and analytics/AI to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital or IT project delivery within large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Skills: Proven experience managing high-visibility programs and engaging with senior stakeholders. Oncology experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of analytics or AI is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
