We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our Frontend team at Atexo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality frontend solutions and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in software design and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of frontend tools and technologies.
  • Identify market trends and implement them to benefit the team and product.
  • Lead Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) for software development, including DevOps.
  • Support team members in a changing environment and help with organization, prioritization, and translation of business requirements.
  • Analyze existing solutions and schedule training sessions to discuss improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong fundamentals in software design and development.
  • Knowledge of software craftsmanship principles (Clean Code, Clean Coder).
  • 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
  • 5+ years of frontend frameworks and libraries experience, including NextJs/React/Angular.
  • 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • Public cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) experience.
  • Fluency in English—verbal and written.
