**Préparez-vous à une carrière en marketing**
En tant que Brand Manager, vous serez chargé de la gestion de la marque et de la stratégie marketing de notre partenaire. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing pour identifier les besoins et les opportunités de développement de la marque.
**Vos missions**
1. **Sourcing de talents** : Identifier et attirer des candidats qualifiés via des job boards, des réseaux professionnels et d'autres canaux.
2. **Création de viviers de candidats** : Construire et maintenir une base de données de talents pour anticiper les besoins futurs.
3. **Rédaction et diffusion d'annonces** : Rédiger des offres d'emploi percutantes et les publier sur les plateformes adaptées.
4. **Pré-sélection de candidats** : Analyser les CVs et mener des entretiens de présélection pour identifier les meilleurs profils.
5. **Gestion du processus de recrutement** : Assurer le suivi des candidatures et organiser les entretiens avec les recruteurs et managers.
6. **Relation candidat** : Maintenir une communication fluide et professionnelle avec les candidats tout au long du processus.
7. **Reporting et analyses** : Suivre et analyser les performances des actions de sourcing et de recrutement.
**Conditions de travail**
Le poste est basé à Levallois-Perret (Île-de-France) et le travail est en hybride. Vous travaillerez en entreprise du lundi au vendredi, avec des périodes de travail de 8 heures et des repos le week-end.
**Profil recherché**
Vous devez être étudiant avec OpenClassrooms et avoir une affinité pour le marketing et la gestion de marque. Vous devez être autonome et organisé, avec de bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
