Your Role: Sector Manager in Alternation
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Sector Manager in alternation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of home care while contributing to the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct commercial visits to client and prospect homes, building relationships and understanding their needs.
- Monitor client and provider satisfaction, ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery.
- Promote the APEF employer brand, attracting and retaining talented home care providers.
- Recruit and integrate new employees, providing comprehensive onboarding and training.
- Manage provider schedules effectively, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely service provision.
Profile:
You are pursuing a BTS in Health and Social Sector Services or a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Health and Social Structures. Your passion for the home care sector, coupled with your strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and organizational abilities, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
