Senior Sales Director

Gigamon, a leading provider of network visibility and analytics solutions, is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in France. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales organization, and developing strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in France.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product management, to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the French market and sales landscape, with experience working with key customers and partners in the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth and expansion.
