Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, stocks, and entrees.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning and preparation, contributing to the development of new dishes and specials.
Requirements
  • 4 years of previous professional kitchen experience, with a focus on line cooking.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, and entrees.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
