Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer calls and emails to provide timely and effective support.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in managing orders and contracts.
- Update customer databases and manage contact information.

- Degree in commerce, administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as an assistant commercial or in customer relations.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team.
