Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Supervise and train the front office team to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
- Monitor and control the front office budget, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that revenue targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles.
