About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager - Automotive Material to join our team at Groupama-fr. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing claims related to automotive material, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from initial contact to resolution, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
  • Communicate with claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of claims and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with claims, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent future claims.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of claims handling procedures and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
