Retail Lead Consumer Products Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Lead to support our consumer products growth ambitions in France. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy a retail strategy and provide necessary tools and resources for successful retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a retail strategy to drive consumer products growth in France.
- Build and maintain relationships with major retailers in France, including mass-market, specialty, and online retailers.
- Analyze and scale business opportunities through category analysis and identifying key revenue drivers.
- Plan and execute launch-to-market programs and cross-category retail activations with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and leverage best-retail practices from other countries and regions.
- 10+ years of experience in the retail industry with brands and/or content IPs.
- Ownership of relationships with retailers across buying, marketing, and category management.
- Knowledge of operational marketing and omnichannel approach.
- Agile, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Data performance analysis and cross-functional teamwork knowledge.
- Retail business knowledge across different tiers from Mass-market, specialty to online.
- Trade marketing and retail activations experience.
- Economies of scale mindset and passion for innovation.
- Proactive and creative with a natural and deep affection for film, television, and/or brands.
