Consumer Products Consultant

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join our Consumer Products team in Paris. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for delivering consulting projects, leading BCG project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement.
- Actively manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead senior client presentations and meetings.
- Provide apprenticeship and coaching to associates and consultants to help develop their consulting skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7-12 years of work experience in a top-level consulting firm working with Retailers and have significant and proven results.
- A convincing track record in a project leadership related to key Consumer topic areas with proven results and significant client impact.
- Problem-solving skills, including a hypothesis-driven approach and advanced quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience actively managing multiple clients and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills.
