About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Production team at the Carlsberg Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the managers of our Production department in resolving HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot and coordinate HR processes for the Production team, working closely with experts in payroll, talent development, and engagement.
  • Develop tailored solutions to address specific HR challenges.
  • Recruit permanent staff and ensure internal mobility with the right level of expertise.
  • Initiate organizational reflections, thinking strategically and long-term.
  • Ensure balance between departments and functions, particularly in terms of contributions, classifications, and competencies.
  • Coach and advise managers on people management.
  • Support our HR transformation projects, focusing on company culture, including feedback, expectations, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Prepare HR reports and indicators.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and active listening, providing high-quality service to internal clients.
  • Ability to understand business operations and challenges, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in English, with a strong command of the language.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Success Factors.
