Le titulaire de ce poste accompagne les managers de la Production dans la résolution des problématiques RH en s’appuyant à la fois sur une excellente connaissance terrain ainsi que sur les politiques RH de l’entreprise. Véritable Business Partner, il challenge, conseille et supporte les managers sur l'ensemble des problématiques RH quotidiennes et veille à la réalisation des objectifs RH des différents départements.

Les principales missions de ce poste de Business Partner sont :

Piloter les processus RH du cycle de vie collaborateur ou les coordonner avec les experts (paie, développement, engagement) pour la population Production Construire une réponse adaptée aux situations rencontrées Recruter le personnel permanent et assurer sa mobilité interne avec le juste niveau d’exigence sur le savoir être Initier les réflexions d’organisation en pensant large et moyen terme Veiller à l’équilibre des filières et des métiers entre eux notamment en matière de contributions, classifications et compétences Coacher et conseiller les managers en matière de gestion People Accompagner nos projets de transformation RH de la culture d’entreprise notamment en matière de feed back, exigence/bienveillance et Diversité/inclusion Etablir reportings et indicateurs de suivi RH Participer aux projets RH transverses

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

Formation : titulaire d’un Master 2 en RH, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire Doté(e) d’un très bon relationnel, diplomate et à l’écoute, vous apportez un service de qualité à vos différents clients internes ; Réelle capacité et curiosité à comprendre les métiers et les enjeux des équipes que vous accompagnez ; Talents d’organisation et capacité à gérer de multiples sujets en parallèle en totale autonomie ; Sens de la confidentialité ; Vous avez une excellente communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel La connaissance de Success Factors serait un plus
