Your Mission

We are seeking a Data Project Manager to join our Delivery teams and take on a key role in managing our data deployment projects for clients.

As a Data Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the project scope, timeline, and budget, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Defining and formalizing client requirements in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Estimating project costs, identifying necessary skills, creating project plans, and defining resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, ensuring effective performance monitoring, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards, including testing, validation, and compliance with specified requirements.
  • Participating in continuous process improvement and methodology development.
  • Preparing regular project status reports and highlighting achievements.

Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile, Safe, and V methodologies, and proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, and Redmine.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data projects, data modeling, and data querying languages.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Project Manager with a strong background in project management, data management, and leadership. You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, and a minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably in data integration projects.

You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality results, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
