Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in the planning and execution of store openings, including staff training, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and exceptional shopping experience, responding to their individual needs and preferences.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Product Development: Identify new product opportunities and work with the buying team to source and introduce new products to the store.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and disposal, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:
