POSITION OVERVIEW:
INTERACTION CHÂTEAUBRIANT is seeking a Full-time Machine Operator and Forklift Driver in Retiers. As part of a dynamic team and under the guidance of the team leader, you will be tasked with operating machinery for dairy production and overseeing product flows using a forklift. Your duties will include:
- Conducting pre-operation checks on the forklift
- Receiving, storing, and managing finished products, pallets, and supplies
- Preparing orders by accurately identifying pallets
- Carefully shipping products
- Ensuring a safe working environment
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and proposing enhancements
WORKING HOURS: Two shifts (4:30 am-12:30 pm / 12:30 pm-8:30 pm), with a requirement to work 3 out of 5 weekends.
COMPENSATION: EUR 1840 base salary plus bonuses, which include a 13th-month salary and meal discounts at the on-site cafeteria.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are in search of candidates who possess a CACES 3 License (CACES 5 is advantageous) and have prior forklift operating experience. Your commitment, interpersonal abilities, and passion for hands-on tasks will be key to your success in this role.
