About the Role:

INTERACTION CHÂTEAUBRIANT is seeking a skilled Machine Operator-Forklift Driver to join our team in Retiers. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and managing product flows using a forklift in a dairy production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-operational checks of the forklift to ensure safe operation
  • Receiving, storing, and handling finished products, pallets, and supplies with care
  • Preparing orders by accurately identifying pallets
  • Shipping products with attention to detail
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any malfunctions
  • Cleaning the work area and suggesting improvements to optimize efficiency

Working Conditions:

2 shifts (4:30 am-12:30 pm / 12:30 pm-8:30 pm), working 3 out of 5 weekends

Compensation:

EUR 1840 base salary + bonuses, including a 13th-month salary and meal discounts at the on-site restaurant

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a CACES 3 License (CACES 5 is a plus) and previous forklift experience. Your dedication, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for hands-on work will contribute to your success in this position.
