Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the following duties are essential:
Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service Oversee and manage daily operations within the Food & Beverage sector, ensuring adherence to service standards Expertise in coordinating events across all banquet and meeting spaces, responsible for the logistics of food and beverage service for both in-house and external events, while maintaining management's quality expectations Innovate and promote new menus and concepts, establishing the venue as a preferred destination for guests Support all Food & Beverage departments in meeting their financial and operational objectives Develop and manage annual budgets responsibly Implement effective controls over food, beverage, labor, and operational costs within the Food & Beverage division Assist in formulating the annual strategic plan and achieving its associated goals Ensure the application of service standards and continuously seek improvements in product and service quality, focusing on enhancing volume and profitability Supervise the recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure timely hiring and career advancement Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards Comply with all safety regulations Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills:
Prior experience in a senior leadership role within Food & Beverage is essential Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications University/College Degree in a relevant field is necessary Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Highly dependable and responsible Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team Focus on guest satisfaction, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
