Mission Overview

Within the Financial Division, the Transformation, Performance, and Tools department is tasked with the continuous enhancement of processes and tools, digital transformation, and monitoring the performance of the extended finance function.

To support the transition to S4 Hana, adapt to the significant internal and external growth of the Group, and address the challenges of maintaining user competencies, the Transformation department is expanding its Expertise, Support, and SAP Projects team in the Sales domain.

In this context, in collaboration with domain experts and in connection with IT teams and the business network, the SAP Business Process Consultant will have the following responsibilities in their functional area:

Support the S4 Hana program

  • Collaboration in project governance
  • Identification and formalization of new functionalities
  • Development of impact analysis
  • Management and business support for conducting functional tests and data migration
  • Training of end-users and support during the launch phase
  • Coordination with the rest of the project team

Contribute to ongoing evolution projects of the information system (enhancements, integration of new entities in the context of mergers/acquisitions, etc.)

  • Management and facilitation of business teams
  • Coordination with IT teams
  • Participation in gap analyses and identification of evolution needs
  • Support for data migrations and organization of user acceptance testing
  • Awareness and training of end-users
  • Support during the launch phase

Assist end-users and implement actions to maintain competencies

  • Occasional assistance on SAP usage by domain
  • Analysis of recurring issues and creation of operational procedures/communication
  • Facilitation of regular training sessions

Candidate Profile

Education: Master’s degree from a business school or engineering school, or university training with a minimum of two years of experience in SAP as a user or within a support team in the SD module, along with a solid understanding of associated business processes.

Desired experience in project management or implementation of continuous improvement action plans, as well as change management/training.

Fluency in English is required.

Expected qualities: Enthusiasm for tools, organizational skills, team facilitation, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, public speaking ability, curiosity, autonomy, and synthesis skills.
