Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy and leading a team of over 120 sales professionals across France.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategy
  • Define a clear and precise action plan to achieve sales objectives
  • Position the company for maximum visibility
  • Increase brand awareness
Lead and Manage Sales Team
  • Animate and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales managers and key national accounts
Monitor and Analyze Performance
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and define action plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B distribution network
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change
  • Structured and methodical approach to managing a team
  • Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making
