Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join our Pre-Sales team in Lyon or Tunis and contribute to our growth.

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will work closely with our commercial teams to respond to the needs of our clients in complex and functionally rich sectors:

  • Act in advance of sales and ensure synergy between all teams: Account management, Solution/Offer management, Sector management, and Delivery management.
  • Pilot the response to tenders to build a value-driven solution for clients.
  • Formalize the offer to meet client expectations by consolidating contributions and ensuring the coherence of the entire proposal.
  • Coach managers in their sales argumentation for structured projects, formalizing presentations of expertise in response to business problems, and identifying transformation potential, including accompanying clients.
  • Animate the sales of structured projects: review upcoming prospecting, identify support needs, and update ongoing tenders.
  • Support the evolution of engagement models with our clients.
  • For premium accounts, work in tandem with the KAM.

The ideal candidate:

  • Master's degree in commerce or engineering.
  • Fluent English and French as a native language.
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar field with consultant teams and BID management or structured project realization.
  • Intrapreneur, synthesis spirit, and oriented towards the success of the team and the company.
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Mistral AI is a plus to improve daily productivity.
