Your Mission

As a Global HR Development Trainee, you will be part of a fast-growing multicultural environment, working on three key levels:

  1. Defining and implementing the Group's Learning & Development strategy
  2. Guaranteeing access to quality development programs for all our Talents
  3. Supporting our local HR partners in their L&D projects

As part of this role, you will work on various tasks, including project management, participation in the implementation of a digital learning platform, creation and deployment of learning content, and cross-functional actions.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in HR or digital learning. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in HR or a related field, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work in an international environment.
