Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Agent de Puériculture to join our team. As a key member of our crèche staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young charges.
Key Responsibilities
- Childcare and Education
- Develop and implement daily activities tailored to the needs and interests of our children
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare experience
- Child Safety and Well-being
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of our children at all times
- Monitor and report any concerns or incidents to our management team
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members to ensure a seamless experience
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our childcare programs
Requirements
- Qualifications
- CAP Petite Enfance or BEP sanitaire et social
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
