Product Marketing Assistant

Withings, a pioneer in connected health, is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Assistant to join its team. As a key player in the introduction of new products or the enhancement of existing ones, you will be responsible for communicating the product's value to the consumer public.

As the 'voice of the consumer', you will develop advanced knowledge of our competitors, the market, and our user targets. You will identify and formulate patient needs, working closely with the Product Marketing Manager in charge of the ScanWatch range. Your tasks will include creating a consolidated database about our competitors, sharing it on a monthly basis via a newsletter to concerning teams, analyzing sales to provide insights on the efficiency of our positioning and consumer marketing, and assisting managers in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing satisfaction surveys to identify specific customer needs
  • Collecting feedback and product suggestions from users and our community
  • Analyzing market and consumer data to recommend actionable strategies
  • Monitoring trends and emerging consumer behaviors
  • Conducting competitive analysis on positioning, messaging, and product launches
  • Identifying regional opportunities and threats
  • Sharing insights through a competitor database and a monthly newsletter
  • Conducting weekly sales analysis with in-depth regional breakdowns
  • Providing monthly sales reports to assess user acquisition and upgrades, enabling targeted campaigns
  • Distributing materials for press, sales teams, and online marketing (videos, sales presentations, comparisons, photos)
  • Updating assets as needed and ensuring they are shared across the company, facilitating cohesive and consistent messaging

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in technology, healthcare, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
