Battery Validation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our EV battery cells and modules.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive validation plans to guarantee compliance with customer and ACC requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute validation tests, including electrical, mechanical, and thermal testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to battery performance and safety.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and validation reports.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or materials science.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in validation engineering, preferably in the automotive or battery industry.
- Strong knowledge of battery technology, including Li-ion batteries and electrochemical processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in RAMS tools, such as FMEA and Fault Tree analysis.
