Safety Validation Manager

As a key member of the Simulation & Validation department at Automotive Cells Company - ACC, you will play a crucial role in the development of EV battery cell & module. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the V&V project teams for Validation & qualification tests, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and special customer or internal ACC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze ACC project V&V requirements and identify team workload.
- Attribute ACC V&V leader ACC project and finalize the QCDP KPI.
- Validate with V&V leader and test lab manager the validation- and test strategy.
- Manage the V&V team in compliance with ACC HR policy.
- Establish functional safety validation respecting requirements of legislation, international standards as part of compliance matrix of customer projects during RFQ and development process.
- Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical/thermal safety tests.
- FMECA/PFMEA, fault tree.
- Main safety regulation (ISO 26262, IEC61508).
- Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Safety concept.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and storage regulation.
- Budget, hiring and objectives management.
- Min 10 years in similar job activities with V&V team management (Eng & technician) and activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with respect to QCDP.
- Master's degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement.
- Good level in English and French.
- Proactive and anticipative, team building, well organized, good relationship/communication.
- Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA). PLM tools.
- Automotive market & development process & project.
