Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Brand Director to lead the commercialization of ALTUVOCT, a rare disease treatment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global brand strategy, managing the commercial brand team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global brand strategy for ALTUVOCT, aligning with Sobi's ambition and business objectives.
  • Manage the commercial brand team, including the ALTUVOCT Brand Lead and Haemophilia Sr Product Manager, to ensure successful product launch and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Medical, Patient Access, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Business Intelligence, and Finance, to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the Global Enterprise/Brand Team (GET) for ALTUVOCT, ensuring integrated strategy and team output.
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of global cross-functional brand strategy, positioning, and communication, congress strategy, KOL management, and geographical expansion.
  • Partner strategically and operationally with the VP, Head of Haemophilia, and CAT Lead to drive daily activities and specific processes.
  • Build and nurture fruitful partnerships with affiliates to gather key insights and provide strategic guidance and tactical support.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including KOLs, to set the foundation for realizing ALTUVOCT ambition.
  • Control external expenses, promotion, and advertisement, maximizing Sobi resources and aligning with financial requirements and forecasting control.
  • Represent the commercial function in the Core Asset Team (CAT) and work with peers to guarantee synergies and tackle common obstacles.
  • Liaise with Sanofi, commercialization partner, to maximize the potential of a global footprint.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in global pre-launch and launch activities in rare diseases, preferably in Haematology.
  • Project management skills and result-driven attitude.
  • Strong brand management experience gained in global roles and/or leadership roles in marketing/commercial departments.
  • Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Additional commercial experiences, including sales, market analytics, and business intelligence, would be a plus.
  • University degree level education – medical/science based.
  • Experience in Life Cycle Management.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate external consultants and agencies.
  • Demonstrable customer relationship management experience.

  • Additional European language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
