As a Salesforce Administrator for TechOhana, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet our evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Management: Oversee daily operations of Salesforce, including user setup and customization.
- User Support: Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for users.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through cleansing, deduplication, and imports.
- Configuration: Manage custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes.
- Security: Administer security settings, user permissions, sharing rules, and data access policies.
Qualifications
- ~3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- ~ Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as user setup, roles, profiles, data management, and security.
- ~ Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
- ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
