Veolia, a leading company in ecological transformation, is seeking a highly skilled IT Contract Manager to join its team. As a key player in its Water Technologies division, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing IS&T contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimizing service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IS&T contracts, from execution to closure, extension, or renewal.
- Ensure service delivery conforms to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Monitor and maintain contract governance, including project, steering, and strategic committees.
- Develop and implement procedures for IT Contract Management in compliance with Veolia policy.
- Coordinate with Corp. Legal and Procurement Departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Contribute to IS&T tendering activities (RFPs) and contract negotiation.
- Review and challenge service provider quotations as per market standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and/or Business (BAC+5).
- 5 years of experience in Contract management, Purchase, or Legal environment.
- Competencies in IT Service Contract management and compliance topics (e.g., GDPR).
- Good knowledge of contract law.
- Fluency in English (written, oral).
