EMEA Corporate Affairs Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, curious, and passionate individual to join our EMEA Corporate Affairs team as a Corporate Communications Specialist. In this role, you will support the team in delivering high-touch corporate communications, creative support, and conducting media/communications analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Communications: Support in the creation and execution of multi-channel corporate communications that drive employee engagement, shape our company culture, and build reputation with key stakeholders.
- Community Management: Support with the management of our company intranet and social media platforms.
- Internal Communications: Collaborate with regional office functions and brand teams to support internal communications via newsletter, articles, and emails.
- Creative Support: Provide high-touch creative support to elevate the image of our corporate brand style.
- Media and Communication Analysis: Provide strategic and competitive insights through media and communication analysis across the industry, focusing on Inclusion, Diversity, Citizenship, and Sustainability topics.
- Event Planning: Work collaboratively with the team to facilitate planning for Regional townhalls, webcasts, and other large-scale employee meetings/engagement events.
- Corporate Inclusion and Diversity: Collaborate on regional corporate inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and citizenship programs, initiatives, and communications as needed.
- Measurement and Evaluation: Ensure ongoing measurement of communications, engagement, and success through existing corporate platforms.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Demonstrate agility and flexibility to work on ad hoc projects across other areas of EMEA Corporate Affairs and Communications team, as needs frequently arise in this fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Communication/Journalism.
- Experience: Previous experience in Communications/similar role preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), French is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. Highly organized and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Fluent and clear in articulating communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm. Proficient in Microsoft: Office, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PremierPro is a plus.
- International Environment: Located in an international environment with over 40 nationalities in the office.
