We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our EMEA Corporate Affairs team as a Corporate Communications Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that drive employee engagement, shape our company culture, and build our reputation with key stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of multi-channel corporate communications, providing high-touch creative support, and conducting media and communications analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that drive employee engagement and build our reputation with key stakeholders.
- Provide high-touch creative support to elevate the image of our corporate brand style.
- Conduct media and communications analysis to provide strategic and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with regional office functions and brand teams to support internal communications.
- Support the planning and execution of regional townhalls, webcasts, and other large-scale employee meetings and engagement events.
- Collaborate on regional corporate inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and citizenship programs and communications.
- Ensure ongoing measurement of communications, engagement, and success through existing corporate platforms.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility to work on ad hoc projects across other areas of EMEA Corporate Affairs and Communications team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and Communication or Journalism.
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous experience in Communications or a similar role preferred.
- Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
- License or Certifications: Communications or Digital Communication. Knowledge in Designing and Illustration is a huge plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft: Office, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro is a plus.
