As a Global Communications Coordinator - Talent & Culture, you will be responsible for coordinating communications projects with various stakeholders, including Corporate Communications leads and Talent & Culture functions and global regional teams.

You will participate in the development and implementation of communication plans for various Talent & Culture projects, and analyze the results of our communications initiatives.

You will create and edit content, including press releases, key messaging, email invitations, intranet articles, and video creations, and develop toolkits for global roll-out purposes.

You will produce online and offline communications materials, including PowerPoint presentations, and contribute to the Accor Talent & Culture intranet content.

You will participate in the organization of key events and programs to be rolled out at the global head office or externally, such as internal Talent & Culture meetings.

You will liaise with external agencies and freelancers, and perform other ad-hoc assignments relating to Talent & Culture Communications.

  • Bilingual English and French (written and spoken)
  • Computer Skills - Pack Office (high skills in PowerPoint)

Level of studies: +4/+5

Fields of Studies: HR, Communication, Tourism

Professional Experience: Previous internship(s), international experience a plus
