We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Actuarial Consultant, you will be responsible for leading technical missions within our client's firm and supervising a team of junior consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solvency 2 and Risk Management: Develop and implement solvency analysis models, create prospective pricing strategies, and provide risk policy guidance.
- Audits and Provisions: Conduct inventory management, review provisioning methods, and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Product Development: Design and implement pricing strategies, develop portfolio monitoring tools, and provide support for pricing renewals.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to insurance entities on ALM or IFRS 17 projects.
- Additional Tasks: Participate in recruitment interviews, facilitate professional development discussions, and conduct training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an insurance company or consulting firm with a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous managerial experience is a plus.
Location: Remote work options available, with occasional travel to client sites.
Salary: Competitive salary range starting from 53k, depending on experience and qualifications.
