We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Practitioner to join our team at Le Fitz Roy, a 5-star hotel in Val Thorens, France. As a Spa Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the well-being of our guests by offering personalized spa treatments and relaxation experiences
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and present products and their benefits to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities and equipment
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the spa, including opening and closing procedures
  • Participate in the development of our spa business, including sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills in massage therapy and skincare
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting
