We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Praticienne to join our team at Le Fitz Roy, a 5-star hotel in Val Thorens, France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the well-being of our clients by providing personalized spa treatments and relaxation experiences.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments, present products, and their benefits to clients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, prepare treatment areas, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Ensure the opening and closing of the wellness area.
  • Participate in sales development and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a relaxing atmosphere and possess excellent technical skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar role.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, and sales techniques.
