Our client, Jobberry Banque & Assurance, is a leading brokerage group specializing in Multi-Risks Building insurance with a strong presence in the market.
They are currently seeking a full-time Insurance Claims Manager for Multi-Risks Buildings (MRI) to join their team in a dynamic and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and processing claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Verifying contract guarantees and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collecting and verifying documentation from clients and experts
- Coordinating with internal teams and external experts to assess liabilities and process claims payments
- Utilizing insurance company platforms to manage claims and monitor deadlines
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication to clients and stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims related to buildings, with a strong understanding of industry conventions and regulations.
Prior experience in brokerage and risk management is highly preferred.
