Role Responsibilities
- Ensure a tailored service experience, catering to all customer needs within the bar and dining areas.
- Represent the luxury offerings of Club Med to our clientele.
- Enhance service delivery by fostering personalized relationships with guests, focusing on quality hospitality.
- Organize teams for room service, poolside service, and beverage service within the premium area.
- Integrate and lead teams towards achieving the objectives, values, and behaviors expected at Club Med.
- Contribute to optimizing service budgets by monitoring expenses and enhancing the profitability of bar and dining operations.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, and maintenance of property.
Candidate Profile
- Geographic flexibility (residing on-site).
- Experience in high-end bar or restaurant environments.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role and team management.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is preferred.
