Job Title: Restaurant and Bar Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join our team at Club Med. As a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bars and restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of service staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Club Med's luxury brand by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of quality in our bars and restaurants.
- Lead and motivate a team of service staff to achieve excellent results and meet customer expectations.
- Oversee the daily operations of our bars and restaurants, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and optimizing profitability.
- Identify training needs and develop plans to improve the skills and knowledge of service staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
