Technoflex, a leading company in plastic material transformation for the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our Pharma product lines and nurturing existing customer relationships in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue targets in the EMEA region.
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
- Represent Technoflex at trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and acquire new projects.
- Negotiate contracts with key accounts and provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
- Master's degree from a business school.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the packaging and/or pharmaceutical market segment.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently.
